(Prior NWGS Player of Week Winners)

6U

Starfire / Zoey Faagata – Zoey hit several balls to the outfield this week and played outstanding defense. Keep up the great work Zoey!

8U

Kaylee Thurston / Vegas Heat – Kaylee has had a great fall season. She has developed an amazing swing and has come up with big hits in crucial games. She has developed into a great catcher behind the plate. She came into the final inning of the game when her team needed her most and pitched!  Having never pitched before in a game, she came up with two strikeouts as well. Her hard work and dedication are really paying off for her and we could not be more proud. Amazing Job Kaylee!

10U

Lynnae Jetton / Lady Aces – Lynnae has been a big hitter for us all year. She was sick with the flu this week, and missed practice and cages, but she came out on Saturday ready to go. She got hits in both games, played some awesome third base, and hit a monster home run in the second game, scoring two runs. Great Job Lynnae!

12U B Division

Ari Garcia / Fighting Squirrels – This season has been Ari Garcia’s time to shine! She has stepped up to own third base making play after play with ease. Charging bunts, catching pops in foul territory and snagging line drives are just all in a day’s work for her. Ari’s batting stats for the entire season are amazing. She is hitting .643 with 11 RBI’s and crossing the plate 12 times on her own. Great job, Ari!

12U C Division

Isabella Reyes / Mad Batters – Isabella went 6/6 at bat this week with three home runs! She played amazing defense in the outfield and was great at her first time at SS! Way to go Isabella! Keep batting for the stars kid!

14U

Madyson Simmons / Kulana – Mady has been with us for a few seasons now, and this season has been an amazing one for her. She has blossomed to be a strong leader for her teammates and an AMAZING ball player!  She can play any position except pitching, and we have confidence that she could probably do that too! Mady is an unstoppable force at the plate and hit her first home run in a huge game this weekend! We are so proud of Mady!

16/18U

Aariana Kraut / Sin City Saints –  With her team down 2-3 in the bottom of the 3rdinning, Aariana stepped up to the plate with bases loaded and fell behind 2-1 on the count. She dug in and with a mighty swing took it deep over the left field fence. Her grand slam home run brought cheers from both sides of the bleachers.  On this day, she was MVP of our hearts. Congrats Aari
