We are excited to welcome you to the 2020 Spring Season of Northwest Girls Softball. We are just a little under two weeks away from starting practice and we wanted to share some information to make sure the beginning of the season goes as smoothly as possible.
Player Assessments – Player assessments are designed for any player that is new to the league and/or any player not returning to their Fall 2019 Team. Below is the player assessment schedule:
- 8U/12U – Saturday, January 11th
- Check-in at 9:15a
- Assessment begins @ 10:00a
- 10U/14U – Saturday, January 11th
- Check-in at 12:15p
- Assessment begins @ 1:00p
Uniform Sizing – It is important that every player tries on a uniform during one of the four remaining try-on opportunities. This season’s uniforms are sizing differently than those we had in the fall. We have a short turn around from team assignments to the first games and we will be ordering uniforms BEFORE you meet your team. Here are the uniform try-on dates:
- January 9 – Majestic Park – 5:30p – 7:00p
- January 11 – Majestic Park – 9:30a – 3:00p
- January 12 – Majestic Park – 9:00a – 1:00p
Team Assignments/Practices – Teams will be assigned on Saturday, January 18th. Practices start the week of January 20th. Expect to hear from your coach prior to the evening of January 19th.
