After many days and nights of trying to find another option, it is with a very heavy heart that we have no option but to cancel the 2020 fall softball season. We have gotten to a point where we will not have enough time before the end of the year to have a season as we are still up in the air regarding the possibility of state and local officials allowing us to actually play games.
We will be issuing refunds to every girl that was registered for the fall 2020 season already. Refunds will begin processing on September 17th. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to process. Those of you who paid by check will be receiving a phone call from our treasurer, John Halas. If you have not received your refund by October 6th please contact President Eric Bodden at ericbodden@northwestgirlssoftball.com or Treasurer John Halas at johnhalas@northwestgirlssoftball.com
NWGS and all of its board members are committed to finding a way to get back on the field as soon as possible. We know that your daughters are as anxious to get back to playing this game as we are. Please stay safe, stay active, and stay strong! We will see you on the dirt soon.
